Monzo offers a lot of career ladders but did not cover all positions at the company. For all these roles this generic career ladder was to created to provide the best career orientation possible to employees not following under the other categories like Engineering, Marketing or Leadership.
Employees learn a lot but they are also contributing back. These contributions are made on existing knowledge to take informed decisions. In general, people on this level do not know what they do not know.
Working closely with team members but also with external team members to solve tasks. Employees seek for guidance by mentors. managers and many more people. They ask and need approval for certain impactful changes and require assistance for career growth.
Can deliver results that are impactful, and can deliver these changes when well-defined and small. They are looking in general to optimize process, procedures and products to help Monzo grow as a company.
Employees on this level are following the procedures and policies that are related to the role. Additional trainings are done and risks can be identified when they appear.
Getting feedback is an important skill that applies to employees on the junior level. Actively seeking feedback but also share the current status of work to develop and grow your career.
